1

Whisk the eggs, water, and salt together in a bowl. Beat it passionately until the mixture becomes temptingly liquid, making sure the whites surrender completely, about 1 or 2 minutes of foreplay.

2

Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a nonstick skillet over a flirty medium-high flame. Once the butter melts and starts to get hot and bothered, pour in the whisked eggs.

3

Stir in a circular pattern with a heat-proof spatula, gently lifting and scrambling, as if dancing. Shake the pan to level out the mixture, displaying a teasing motion, while scraping down the sides to keep things together.

4

Turn down the heat to a sultry low. Smooth the surface, moving the runny eggs around for an even thickness, a kind of tender caress. Once the surface is wet but not runny, it's time to get closer.

5

Starting at the handle side, use the spatula to begin rolling the omelette into a cylinder shape, through three sensual folds until it's about 2 inches from climax at the opposite side of the pan.

6

Add the remaining butter to the pan, letting it glide and melt under the omelette, providing that final, luxurious touch.

7

Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate, keeping it seam-side down. Gently shape the omelette, maybe tucking in the ends, in a coquettish fashion.

8

Brush the surface with a bit more butter, then sprinkle with cayenne pepper, just like a kiss laced with intent.
